Few days ago, the students of the International Summer Program in Management (ISPM) of the University of Padua visited Visottica Comotec plant in China.
Their two-week intensive summer course has been focused on the topic “Intercultural Management: theory and practice”.
We are proud to have hosted these young students and it has been a pleasure for us to share our twenty years of experience in Asia.
We’ve talk about the challenge of managing people from a different culture and all the work done to improve the production technology in the past years.
