What is your role in the Visottica Group and what are your main responsibilities?

In Visottica Group, I hold the position of Quality Product Manager for the Visottica Industrie Spa Plant, specifically overseeing Quality Control for the products manufactured in Susegana.
Together with my team, we conduct meticulous inspections on production batches to ensure compliance with the aesthetic and dimensional requirements set by our customers.
An important aspect of my role is dedicated to continuous improvement. Carefully monitoring and analyzing deviations in production processes to implement corrective actions is essential. This evolving practice enables us to stay aligned with the new market demands.

What do you love most about your job and about the company?

Participating actively in continuous improvement processes is what I love most about my job, as it constantly pushes me out of my comfort zone and allows me to interact with diverse individuals, both within and outside the organization. This activity enables me to continuously broaden my knowledge horizon, providing me with great satisfaction and constant stimulation.
Visottica Group is like a family to me before being just a workplace. With my colleagues, I have developed friendships and mutual respect that go well beyond the professional aspect. Within the company, I have always found people open to constructive discussions and willing to help each other in our growth journeys. I firmly believe that this spirit of collaboration is an important added value for the Group.

What is the most challenging aspect of your job?

The most challenging aspect of my job is related to managing product non-conformities.
This task requires a thorough analysis of various aspects and coordinating the implementation of different activities, such as identifying the root causes, understanding why the non-conformity was not detected previously, and collaborating with a group of technicians to develop corrective actions aimed at permanently resolving the issue at its source.

What skills are fundamental to your role?

The ability to communicate effectively is crucial in my role. This allows me to motivate people towards continuous improvement and to develop the skill of deviation analysis. Lastly, it is certainly important to have good adaptability and flexibility to manage unforeseen situations and challenges.

What are the strengths of your team?

Our team consists of 15 people with diverse ages and professional backgrounds.
This mix of talents and experiences enables a complete sharing and integration of product-related skills and knowledge. This diversity constantly stimulates us to grow professionally and motivates us to strive for excellence, keeping alive our desire to explore beyond our comfort zone.
