What is your role in the Visottica Group and what are your main responsibilities?
I started my career in Visottica 25 years ago, a period that has profoundly marked both my professional growth and that of the Company. During these years my career at Visottica has been characterized by a constant evolution. I started by taking care of planning for one of the Visottica Group plants, learning the basic dynamics of our production process. Over time I have been involved in increasingly large projects that have led me to interact with various companies in the Group.
Today I am Supply Chain and Planning Manager of Ookii Srl, and I am facing new challenges. My role requires strategic supply chain management and planning, ensuring that processes are aligned with business goals and that they respond effectively to market needs.
What do you love the most about your job and about the company?
The daily dynamism is what excites me the most; Every day is different from the previous one and offers me the opportunity to face new challenges and achieve new goals. I love working with a harmonized and passionate group, where each member shares a strong commitment to achieving the Group goal. Every obstacle becomes an opportunity for me to demonstrate the determination and passion with which I have always carried out my work in Visottica .
I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given and the skills I have been able to develop. Now, at Ookii, I am excited to apply this legacy of knowledge and experience to help guiding Visottica Group to new successes.
What is the most challenging aspect of your job?
The most challenging aspect of my job is leadership skills; be able to clearly communicate the Company’s vision and goals while ensuring that everyone is aligned and motivated; transmitting passion and inspiring others to give their best even in difficult times; address and resolve conflicts within the team in a constructive way, maintaining a positive work environment; encouraging and supporting the professional development of team members.
What skills are fundamental to your role?
Supply chain management skills start with managing raw materials, planning purchases and scheduling procurement. They continue with the management of warehouse stocks and internal logistics, and then focus on production planning up to the delivery of the finished product, thus ensuring customer satisfaction.
What are the strengths of your team?
Passion, a strong enthusiasm and dedication to work and to achieve the Company’s goals.
