This dedicated channel is available to the recipients specified in the policy and it allows reporting, even anonymously, violations of the Code of Ethics, policies, Group directives and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Specifically, concerning Visottica Industrie S.p.A., the system includes reporting potential violations of the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001 231/2001 and its related Organizational, Management, and Control Model.
